How we work

One team, from the first question to long after launch. Here is what that looks like in practice.

How we work

We ask before we build.

We learn how people work, what the process needs, and which tools and products fit. First we find where work gets stuck, then we decide what could help.

  1. What are your people trying to get done?

  2. Where does work get stuck between people or teams?

  3. Which tools and products fit, and where are the gaps?

We improve how work moves before recommending more tools or capacity.

Who's on your account

Every specialist you need, without hiring each one.

Running your technology takes a designer, a developer, someone who understands your data, and someone who answers when something breaks. That is more than one person can carry, and more than any single tool can own.

Off-the-shelf tools get you most of the way there and leave the rest to you, after hours. One person can keep up until your work grows. With us, you get a lead who knows your business and specialists for each part of the work, and they stay responsible for the decisions and the result.

As your needs grow, the team grows with you.

Your lead

A lead who knows your goals and history, with the rest of the team behind them.

Specialists, as the work needs them

  • Design
  • Web engineering
  • Integrations and data
  • AI and automation
  • Social media

Support that stays after launch

  • Monitoring
  • Fixes
  • Updates
  • Improvements

People lead the work. Your lead and the team behind them are accountable for every decision and every result.

Why a team

For the moments a tool or one person cannot cover.

A tool is cheap until you need something it does not do. One person is simple until they are busy. A team keeps going in both cases.

  • When the tool only does 80 percent

Off-the-shelf software gets you most of the way, then leaves the rest to you, usually after hours. We finish it: connect it properly, fill the gap, or build you a tool of your own.

When the work outgrows one person

One person has one calendar. When your volume doubles, something waits. Your lead brings in the specialists the job needs, so growth never waits on a single inbox.

  • When something breaks at the wrong time

A real person replies within 24 to 48 business hours. Emergencies jump the line, and one team is accountable, so you are never passed between vendors.

That is the difference: not what it costs, but how far it can take you.

When you need us

What happens when you send a request.

A person on our team replies within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern). We watch the support queue so nothing sits unseen, and handle emergencies as quickly as possible.

  1. Logged the moment it arrives

Every request is logged and sorted by urgency as it arrives, so the right person follows up and nothing gets lost in an inbox.

  2. Emergencies jump the line

If something is broken or urgent, it goes to the front and is handled as quickly as possible.

We grow with you

We don't build it and disappear.

Most clients start with one project and stay on as their needs grow. The same people who built it keep running it, so you never have to explain your setup to someone new.

Questions

Straight answers to common questions

Is an agency better than hiring a freelancer?

It depends on the work. For one small, well-defined project, a good freelancer can be the right call. When the work spans your website, integrations and automation, and has to keep running, a team covers more skills, keeps going when someone is out, and can take on more as you grow.

Can AI tools replace an agency?

For one narrow, repetitive task, an AI tool may be enough, and we build AI automation for exactly that kind of work. When the work needs diagnosis, coordination, custom software or ongoing support, it needs people who know your business and answer for the result.

Is AI automation safe for my business?

It can be, when every automation has a defined job and a person accountable for it. When we build AI automation for you, judgment calls and sensitive decisions stay with people, and we monitor the automations we run for you so problems are caught early.

How quickly do you respond?

A person on our team replies within 24 to 48 business hours (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm Eastern). We watch the support queue so nothing sits unseen, and handle emergencies as quickly as possible.

Do I own my website, data and accounts?

Yes. You should be able to see, understand and walk away with everything we build for you. We document what we build, keep your data exportable, and avoid proprietary lock-in, so you keep full access to every system we deliver.

Do you only build websites?

No. We build custom software and digital products, connect the systems you use, and provide AI automation, AI consulting, website design and development, social media, and ongoing support.

Where are you based?

We are headquartered in Newnan, Georgia, and our whole team is in the United States. We work with growing companies across Georgia and the rest of the country, from contractors and home service firms to restaurants, e-commerce brands, nonprofits and schools.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

Growing companies in any industry. Our case studies include a concrete contractor, flooring and cleaning companies, a commercial builder, a restaurant, a fitness studio, a wedding planner, a portrait photographer, a lifestyle brand, a media company, a mission organization, and nonprofits and schools. Most clients have outgrown one-person help but do not need a full in-house tech team.
